I made a booking by mistake and the front desk worker was so nice and accommodating, and helped me with booking. If this is how they treat guests trying to cancel they are probably amazing when you stay with them. If it was possible to give more stars, we would! Spent three nights here after car problems interrupted our journey. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant is very good. Facilities throughout are first rate.
