I made a booking by mistake and the front desk worker was so nice and accommodating, and helped me with booking. If this is how they treat guests trying to cancel they are probably amazing when you stay with them. Amazing customer service, if I ever do need to stay in pembroke I would stay with them based on this interaction alone!
