The land you discover changes its personality depending on the time of year which makes it seem like your favorite discoveries have 4 faces; Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall. It’s a popular tourist destination in Canada with so many experiential opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts.

The intention of this photo contest is to capture more of the unseen wilderness and experiences discovered by travelers to The Ottawa Valley. Best Western Pembroke Inn guests now have an added incentive that may result in winning a 2-night getaway to Pembroke, The Heart of the Ottawa Valley.

What happens after photos are sent to us? After you send them to us using the submission platform below the following process takes place:

• Administrators will review each submission which will be approved and entered into the draw
• Some reasons for denial include blurred images, adult content or profanity
• If approved they will appear in our photo contest section of the website and on Facebook
• Every 3 months we select the winner by assessing which photo received the most Facebook likes
• Each photo submitted will NOT display any private information such as last name, address, phone, email
• The only information we’ll publish is your first name, city, photos submitted (if approved) and date of stay at the hotel
• 1 winner will be chosen who will be notified by phone quarterly
• Winner receives a *weekend getaway for 2 guests
• Each submission may not contain over 3 photos

Photo Contest Guidelines

All photos submitted must meet the following guidelines

1. Acceptable formats include jpg, png and gif
2. A minimum of 1000 px wide
3. Minimum resolution is 72 DPI

NOTE: Standard settings on most mobile phones will easily meet or exceed these guidelines.
