Hotel Offers Enhancements to Accommodation Booking Process
JAN. 1, 2025- As a full-service hotel, we’re always thinking of ways to improve the guest experience. What can be done to really WOW guests during your typical hotel booking process? As a full-service hotel with an onsite restaurant, fitness centre and over 9,000 square feet of conference space; plans were made to offer upgrades to hotel bookings.

How are add-ons booked?
They are ordered through the Best Western online booking process or our independent hotel package website. Either way, the add-ons will appear when you are booking accommodation with us.
Can I cancel add-ons?
Yes. Contact the hotel at 1-800-567-Best (2378) 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Do add-ons require any special lead-time?
No, they do not. All add-on items are normally in stock.
If I cancel my booking are my add-ons also credited?
Yes, they are.
What payment method is required to purchase add-ons?
The same payment method used to book accommodation can also be used to purchase add-ons. Includes all major credit and debit cards.
Can I specify what type of White Water Brewery beer will be in my bucket of beer?
Unfortunately, you cannot. Our staff will select a variety from our inventory of available flavours.
Are the hand-made truffles made locally?
Yes, they are made locally at ‘2 Tarts & a Truffle’
